The rain transmitter sends the measured values wirelessly to the base station in the lounge, which you can either install or mount on the wall. The measuring container is placed horizontally outdoors, ideally in about 60 to 90 cm in height, and it catches the rain. Note, however, that the transmitter should be at location that is not protected by trees or something else, and where rain can fall freely from all sides.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDROP brings even more great features: you can compare the amount of precipitation with the monthly values of the previous year with the history function.
