There is no need to fully remove the hex bolt. \u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003ePull the cups straight up to remove.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eEnsure the hex bolt on the new cups is loosened enough that these can be pushed onto the shaft. There is no correct orientation.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eTighten the wind cups using the hex bolt on the side until this grips the metal shaft.
